Package Breakdown

Field	Description
Report Name	The name of the report.
Start Date	The start date from when the data must be considered for generating the report.
End Date	The end date until when the data must be considered for generating the report.
Include Inactive	Enable it to include inactive package codes in the package breakdown report.
Package Code	A list of all available package codes for report selection.

Package Code	Unique package code associated with the package.
Package Name	Name of the package selected for the reservation.
Exempt?	Indicates whether the reservation is exempted from taxes.
Start Date	The start date of package.
End Date	The end date of package.
Entered	The date on which the package was selected.
Auto Cycle	The date the package reservation was billed.
Tax Inclusive	Indicates whether the taxes are included in the package.
Start Day Of The Week	The day on which the package begins.
End Day Of The Week	The day on which the package ends.
Service Charge	The amount of service charges associated with the package.
Percent	The percentage of service charges associated with the package.
Flat Amount	Service charges associated with the package as a flat amount.
Promo Sales Description	The description of the package.
Day Number	The current day number out of the total number of days in the package.
Description	Explanation of the package details.
Price	Cost of the package components associated with the reservation.
Pre-Z Post	Charges posted before the sign-off report.
Auto Post	Indicates whether the package component was posted automatically during the night audit or manually posted through an interface.
By Room	Indicates whether the package component is based on per room. Example: A welcome amenity of strawberries and champagne would be per room.
Day Component	Day components associated with the package.
Taxed	Indicates whether tax is associated with the package.
